ملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى مبحث الحديث المعلق والمرسل من خلال شرح العلامة الأمير القنوجي رحمه الله: "عون الباري بحل أدلة البخاري"، وذلك لأن الإشكالية في هذا المبحث: هو كيف قرر القنوجي رحمه الله هذا المبحث من خلال شرحه، فقد ذكر رحمه الله الحديث المعلق والمرسل في مواضع كثيرة، فالمنهج على ذلك سيكون منهجا استقرائيا تحليلياً، فالباحث قام بجمع كلامه رحمه الله من شرحه، ثم حللها، ثم دعمها من كلام العلماء الذين سبقوه.

Abstract

The study aimed at addressing Al-Hadīth Al-Mo’allaq and Al-Mursal, during the explanation of Al-Amīr Al-Qanūjī, which he called: “Awn al-Barī halal al-Bukharī’s guide.” This is because the problematic in this topic is how Al-Qanouji, decided this topic through his explanation. He decided this in many places. The approach to this will be an inductive and analytical approach. The researcher collected his words, may God have mercy on him, from his explanation, then analyzed them, and then supported them from the words of the scholars who preceded him.
