Abstract

ملخص البحث 

إنّ من أعظم الوظائف وأشرفها الوظائف على وجه الأرض وظيفة الإمامة والداعي إلى الله، وذلك لأنها وظيفة الأنبياء والمرسلين صلوات الله عليهم أجمعين، وإذا كان الدور الذي يقوم به هؤلاء شاقاً، فإنه يزداد مشقة مع الأئمة والدعاة  في العالم الغربي، نظراً لحجم التحديات والمشكلات هناك، والتي تحول دون القيام بدورهم على وجه تام، لذا  كان هدف البحث الوقوف على أهم المشكلات التي يواجهها الأئمة والدعاة في المساجد هناك، وما يعيقهم تجاه تبليغ دعوتهم، والعمل على إيجاد حلول ومقترحات للنهوض بقطاع الأئمة والدعاة في العالم الغربي، وسلك البحث طريق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالبيانات الكيفية التي تم جمعها من المراجع والمصادر والدراسات السابقة، والملاحظات الشخصية، واستخلص منها علاجاً لمشكلته، والتي كان من أهم  نتائجها وضع منهج دعوي لعلاج مشكلات هامة يواجهها الإئمة هناك، وهي ضعف الدخل، وصعوبة الحصول على الإقامة والجنسية، وعدم معرفة لغة البلد، ضعف الإنسجام مع إدارات المساجد.

ABSTRACT

            One of the greatest and most honourable jobs on the face of the earth is the job of the Imam and Islamic preacher, and that is because it is the job of the prophets and messengers, may Allah’s prayer and peace upon the most honourable which prevents them from fulfilling their role completely, so the aim of the research was to identify the most important problems that imams and preachers face in mosques there, and what hinders them towards conveying their call, and to work on finding solutions and proposals to advance the sector of imams and preachers in the Western world, and the research took the method of descriptive-analytical approach , with the qualitative data collected from references, sources, previous studies, and personal observations, and extracted from them a treatment for his problem, one of the most important results of which was the development of an advocacy approach to treat important problems faced by imams there, which are poor income, difficulty in obtaining residence and citizenship, and lack of knowledge of the language of the country, Poor harmony with mosque administrations.
