ملخص البحث
تتحدد مشكلة البحث في أن الإمام الكلاباذي أورد في كتابه "بحر الفوائد المعروف بمعاني الأخبار" أحاديث انفرد بها عن المصنفين من أصحاب الكتب الستة فوجب البحث في إسنادها، ولم يجد الباحث من أفردها بالدراسة. ويهدف هذا العمل إلى دراسة هذه الزوائد للتوصل إلى درجة هذه الأحاديث من حيث القبول والرد. ولتحقيق ذلك، سلك الباحث في هذه الأطروحة المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع واستقراء الأحاديث، ثم المنهج النقدي في نقدها وتبيين صحيحها من سقيمها. وقد خلص الباحث في نتائجه إلى أن من هذه الأحاديث الصحيح، ومنها الحسن، ومنها الضعيف خفيف الضعف، ومنها الضعيف شديد الضعف، ومنها الموضوع، وقد دعم الباحث ما توصل إليه بأقوال أئمة النقد، كما يظهر من خلال البحث أن الإمام الكلاباذي لا يحكم على الأحاديث، بل يكتفي بأن يسوق الحديث بسنده وهذا لا يكفي للاستفادة من هذه الأحاديث.
ABSTRACT
The research problem arises because Imam al-Kalabadhi authored "Bahr al-Fawa’id, known as Ma’ani al-Akhbar," with uniquely narrated hadiths not shared with the compilers of the Six Books, necessitating an investigation into their chains of transmission, as the researcher found no one who has dedicated a study to them. The purpose of this work is to study these appendices and determine the status of these hadiths in terms of acceptance or rejection. In this thesis, the researcher followed the inductive method to collect and analyze the hadiths, then employed a critical approach to evaluate them and distinguish the authentic from the weak. Ultimately, the researcher concluded that some hadiths are authentic, some are good, some are weak with slight weakness, some are weak with severe weakness, and some are fabricated, supporting these findings with the statements of leading critics; furthermore, the research shows that Imam Al-Kalabadhi does not pass judgment on hadiths, rather, he merely presents the hadith along with its chain of transmission, which is insufficient for deriving benefit from these hadiths.
