Abstract

ملخص البحث 

تكمن مشكلة البحث في أن المؤسسات الخيرية تعاني من نقص في فهم وتطبيق القواعد الفقهية، مما يؤثر على كفاءتها وفعاليتها في تحقيق أهدافها الإنسانية والاجتماعية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح أهمية القواعد الفقهية في تحديد سلوك وإدارة المؤسسات الخيرية، واستعراض تأثير تطبيق هذه القواعد على تحسين الأداء وتنمية المؤسسات الخيرية، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على الحاجة إلى توعية المسؤولين والمشرفين في المؤسسات الخيرية بأهمية تطبيق القواعد الفقهية. وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والاستنباطي والاستقرائي، حيث تم وصف وتحليل القواعد الفقهية وتطبيقاتها في المجال التطوعي، واستخلاص النتائج من خلال استقراء البيانات وتحليلها. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن تطبيق القواعد والضوابط الفقهية يلعب دورا حيويا في تعزيز الأداء والمسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات الخيرية. تطبيق هذه القواعد يسهم في تحسين إدارة المؤسسات الخيرية، ويعزز الاستدامة المالية وجودة الإنفاق، مما يزيد من ثقة المتبرعين والمجتمع المحلي بالمؤسسات الخيرية.

ABSTRACT

The problem addressed in this research lies in the fact that charitable organizations suffer from a lack of understanding and application of Islamic legal maxims, which affects their efficiency and effectiveness in achieving their humanitarian and social goals. This study aims to clarify the importance of these maxims in guiding the behavior and management of charitable institutions, and to examine the impact of applying these principles on improving performance and fostering the growth of such organizations. It also highlights the need to raise awareness among those in charge and supervisors of charitable institutions about the importance of implementing Islamic legal maxims. The researcher adopted the descriptive, deductive, and inductive approaches. The study involved describing and analyzing the legal maxims and their applications in the field of volunteer work, and drawing conclusions by examining and analyzing the data. The researcher arrived at several findings, the most important of which is that applying Islamic legal maxims and regulations plays a vital role in enhancing the performance and social responsibility of charitable institutions. Their application contributes to improving management, strengthening financial sustainability, and ensuring quality spending, which in turn increases donor and community trust in these organizations.
